Scooters Offer A New Inexpensive, Ecologically Friendly Way to Travel
(ARA) - People of all ages are zipping around towns and cities on scooters these days. Back in the early 1960's, scooters were considered merely a toy for boys to get around their immediate neighborhoods before they had a license. The best thing about electric-powered products is that they provide personal transportation without the noise and pollution of gasoline-powered vehicles. They are not going to completely replace cars, of course, but they are starting to change the way people get around in cities, in suburbs and rural areas.
Scooters continue to sell briskly worldwide, not only for use by school children, but also for high school and college students, young adults, ecologically minded commuters and executives. Seniors, too, are a growing segment that wants an inexpensive, safe, ecologically friendly, fun way to go further faster.
